RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final and non-refundable due to our productsare mainly custom-made. However, we will happily accept exchanges of anydamaged items or wrong delivery caused by us within 5 days (Hong Kongcustomers) or 10 days (Overseas customers) upon receipt.
Forexchange or wrong deliveries, please send us an email at a.simplethought@outlook.com and provide the following details:

2) Order Number(s)
3) Product Description(s)
4) Reason(s) for Return
We will re-send your order within 3-5 business days.
When the item is returned, shipping costs will berefunded via PayMe or bank transfer for Hong Kong customers. Countries otherthan Hong Kong will be received store credit.
