Delivery Policy

Hong Kong Post Office or S.F Express Courier will be used for all products. Our deliveries may take longer during peak seasons and/or promotions. All deliveries are made on business days (Monday to Friday). We will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time. However, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.


SHIPPING FEE

Local Delivery:

Free delivery for orders over HKD 1,300

Your order will be sent out within 3-5 business days.

 

Self-Pick Up:

Address: Room 2303, 23/F, 376-382 Lockhart Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong

Please allow 3 - 5 business days for arrangement. A notification will be sent when your order is ready. Please present your order confirmation upon pickup. Our studio opening hours are different each day. Please call or pm us before visiting. Friendly reminder: Please bring an eco-bag for self-pickup.

 

Overseas Delivery:

Unfortunately, we do not provide overseas delivery at the moment.


Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1 working day after receiving the paid order; we are unable to make any changes or modifications afterward – such as changing shipping address. We cannot ship a single order to multiple addresses. Please place one order per shipping address if you would like to ship to multiple addresses.

  

TRACKING

As soon as your order is being shipped, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to you.
